The Misk City Hub Team faced challenges in manually handling venue operations, facility bookings, event approvals, guest invitations, and ticket management. The absence of an all-in-one platform led to inefficiencies, reliance on manual data tracking through Excel spreadsheets, and an overall lack of streamlined processes.

The primary users of the Misk Venue Management System are the administrators and team members of Misk City Hub responsible for venue operations, facility bookings, event management, and guest coordination. The audience includes individuals dealing with various aspects of venue and event management within the Misk Foundation.

As the UX Designer for this project, I collaborated with developers and stakeholders from the Misk City Hub Team. The team composition aimed to ensure a seamless integration of features, providing specific roles and permissions for different administrators to manage facilities, events, and attendees.

This project's objective was to conceive and provide an intuitive, streamlined MVP for the Misk City Hub team, facilitating them to entirely depend on a single platform for managing all of their venue and event processes.

Resolution: Implemented a role-based access system, allowing the creation of different admins with specific roles and permissions.

Resolution: Implemented a customizable automated approval flow for efficient event creation and management.
Identified Challenge: Difficulty in generating and managing reports for facilities and events.
Resolution: Enabled the ability to add/remove/edit/generate reports for facilities and events, providing a comprehensive reporting system.

Resolution: Implemented a ticket management system allowing cancellation, resend, and download functionalities.
